What Products Are Eligible for a Refund?

All retail products that you purchased in the United States or Canada (North America) come with a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Spray Tan Los Angeles will refund your purchase price. On our tanning solutions there is a 48 hour money back guarantee.

How Can I Return a Product for a Refund?
Return the product within 14 days of purchase date.
Provide a copy of your original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check.
Provide complete contact information, including your street address (sorry, no PO boxes), city, state, ZIP or postal code, telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable).
Explain briefly why you want to return the product for a refund.
Send the product, its original packaging, and all related materials via traceable means to our Return Center. For tracking and security reasons, all returns must be sent by Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, DHL, or certified and insured U.S. mail.

Timing and Process Information
All validated refund requests will be processed within 2–4 weeks of receipt by the Return Center. Failure to include all the required information may result in a denial of your request or a delay in the processing of your refund.

Appointments
Appointments booked within 24 hours or more need to be canceled or changed 6 hours prior to tan time for full refund.
Mobile Appointments booked within 2 hours of tan time will not be refunded if canceled or changed.
